According to the here linked press article:
ACE will evict Oceit Sakowin Camp on Feb. 22, 2017 because the flooding will pollute the water of the rivers due to residues left by water protectors (Personal belongings, camp fires, housings)
ACE will grant the easement to DAPL

Gemäß dem verlinkten Artikel der NBCNEWS will das ACE am 22. Feb. 2017 das Oceti Sakowin Camp räumen.
Begründung hierfür sind die die Hinterlassenschaften der Water Protecors (Zelte, Hütten, Feuerstellen und persönliche Habseligkeiten), die bei einer Überflutung zu einer Vergiftung des Wassers/Flusses führen werden.
Gleichzeitig wird das ACE der DAPL die Freigabe für das Unterbohren des Missouri erteilen
