Standing Rock : News on DAPL Easement

The Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army directed the Army Corps to notify Congress that it is granting the final easement for the Dakota Access Pipeline

According to this press article the USACofE got the recommendation to approve the easement to DAPL, but:
"Granting the easement now would illegally circumvent the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process and allow the company to begin drilling immediately."
As per Dallas Goldtooth, this does not imply that the easement IS granted, but it could be granted, tomorrow or next week, although this is illegal.

"The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe responded with a statement affirming they will pursue legal action to ensure due process for the pending EIS."

Rumors:
Congressman Cramer, Senator Hovin have stated that Department of Army and the Corps of Eng have granted the final easement for the DAPL to work on.

Truth (as per Dallas) The Department of Army has recommended to USACofE to approve the easement to DAPL, NO easement has been granted yet.
USACofE MAY now approve the easement, or in a week or in a month
It is not factual true that the easement IS granted.
DAPL has put their work force on stand down on 12hrs notice
IF they start, they might be ready within three weeks if not being stopped.

Wie in diesem Presseartikel berichtet, wurde vom Departement of the Army die Empfehlung an das Army Corps of Engineers ausgegeben, die Freigagbe für die Dakota Access Pipeline zu erteilen, aber:
"Die Freigabe zu erteilen würde illegalerweise das angelaufene Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) umgehen und DAPL erlauben sofort weiter zu bohren."

Nach Dallas Goldtooth impliziert dies nicht die tatsächliche Freigabe, aber diese KÖNNTE nun folgen, morgen, diese Woche, nächsten Monat.

"Der  Standing Rock Sioux Tribe antwortete  mit einem Statement, indem er klar macht, dass er juristische Schritte einleiten wird, um die EIS fertig zu stellen."

Gerüchte:
Congressmannn Cramer, Senator Hovin habe ausgesagt, dass das Departement of Army und das Corps of Eng die endgültige Freigabe für die DAPL zur Weiterarbeit zu geben.
