Standing Rock: Wanted for hindering a guy with an assault rifle to do damage

Standing Rock: Man with assault rifle seems to try to infiltrate Water Protectors, so they can be charged wearing weapons

This is an assumption since the man was arrested by BIA, turned over to MCSD and they let him go.

Now the Water Protectors who veered him off, are "wanted", see this search warrant:
